Bournonite & Quartz on Siderite (Belsky Coll.)

Item Description

Bournonite specimens are very uncommon from the historic mines at Pribram. A superb, sharp and lustrous, 1.0 cm, untwinned crystal is aesthetically set in a vug on siderite matrix and surrounded by drusy quartz. There are additional smaller crystals of bournonite scattered on the vuggy siderite. Interestingly, siderite on the back is extremely glassy and lustrous and is included with a sulfide.
