Item Description
This is one of the more aesthetic specimens of Bournonite that I have offered from Bolivia in the auctions in months. This piece is an attractive, sharp, thick, tabular, metallic, silvery-grey color, "cogwheel"-shaped crystal group. This specimen is from a find last year in Bolivia, and is certainly large for this material. It is well crystallized on one side, and still crudely crystallized on the other side, and not broken off from the matrix, but really crystallized nearly all the way around. Valued at $500-$600 retail.
