This is a great miniature size specimen consisting of several sharp, lustrous, tabular crystals of silvery Bournonite. I think it displays nicely and has an interesting arrangement. The crytals have good luster and beautiful tabular form with the typical gun-metal appearance. There was a find of his relatively rare copper sulfosalt about in 2007) at Machacamarca, and this piece is one of the better specimens from this find in this size. The largest crystal measures 2.5 cm, which is pretty good for the species, especially from Bolivia. Valued at $800.
