Item Description
Lightning Ridge opal is world-renowned for quality and color and this section of boulder opal is an excellent example. This is a vintage specimen of "precious opal" on matrix. The color play of lavender and yellow is beautiful. The face has not been polished, although one end has been sawed to highlight the glassy color interaction. 30 grams or 150 carats.
