Item Description
Collectible-quality botryoidal quartz is very uncommon worldwide. This small find with unique color is from the more recently opened NChwaning III Mine. Intergrown, lustrous, translucent, pleasing lavender quartz balls rest on a matrix of unusual-looking etched quartz. Striking material. The color is probably due to manganese, but they have not been analyzed to date.
