Botryoidal fluorite is very rare worldwide, with the finest recent examples coming from Mahodari, India and China. Canon City has produced about the finest US examples, but never in large quanitites. This is a sculptural cluster of pretty lavender bubbly botryoids. Pristine. The contacted back reveals the underlying reddish matrix. A high quality piece, with unusual modest light green fluorescence. A must for the Colorado or species collector. Ex Art Soregaroli Collection.
