Botryoidal Fluorite

Purple botryoidal fluorite is rare worldwide and these caused quite a stir, when they first reached the market from China. Different sizes and densities of the translucent bubbly botryids with satin luster cover both sides and crest of the thin layered quartz matrix crust, adding character and contrast. The fluorite glows a luscious lavender under bright light and are richer purple/violet color, than the photos show. A fine two-sided rib with distinction.
