Absolutely luscious grape-purple color, translucence and satin luster to this amazingly 3-dimensional, 360-degree cluster of densely intergrown fluorite botryoids from a less well-known locality in Zhejiang Province, China. Botryoidal fluorite is uncommon worldwide. A RARE and sculptural style of SOLID botryoidal fluorite, as most fluorite specimens from the locale feature purple botryoids on large emerald-green fluorite octahedrons. Complete all-around and essentially pristine, with only a small contact/attachment at one end. This resembles recent finds of purple "grape" Amethyst from Indonesia, but it's fluorite! Certainly exotic, colorful and rare style fluorite from the locale. Every turn presents different visual aspect.
