Boracite (rare) (rough and cut set)

Boracite is not often found in gem material, or at least gem crystals large enough to yield gemstones. This rough and cut set is a classic pair from Germany featuring a sharp, blue-green, modified tetragonal crystal of Boracite with sharp faces and decent translucency. The accompanying gemstone is a lovely bright "Cut Corner Trillion" gem that has a very faint blue-green hue, but is nearly colorless. You don't see many faceted Boracites on the market, and even a smaller gem like this should be appreciated for its rarity and beauty.
