Boracite is a rare Mg-borate found in evaporite deposits. Most people are familiar with the danburites from this locality, but the another species found here in excellent crystals is boracite. This piece features a well formed, sharp, blue-grey color cube measuring 1.0 cm jauntily set on matrix. It displays well without aid. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
