Item Description

Here we have a good representative Boracite specimen from a new find a few month ago in Bolivia. While these specimens are not a new find per se, they are new specimens from a well known locality. Most people are familiar with the "blue" Danburites from this locality, but the other staple species found here is Boracite. This piece features a few well formed, sharp, blue-grey color cubes of this hard to find species on matrix. The largest cube measures 12 mm on edge. There were only a handful of crystals from the entire find that were on matrix, and to find multiple crystals on matrix is exceedingly rare. Do not miss out on this great display specimen of a species that is not often found in attractive specimens.
