Boracite

Here we have a very good Boracite specimen from Bolivia. While these specimens are not a new find per se, they are fairly recently collected specimens from a well known locality. Most people are familiar with the "blue" Danburites from this locality, but the other staple species found here is Boracite. This piece features a few well-formed, sharp, bluish-grey color cubes on matrix. The group of cubes measures 1.0 cm across. There were only a handful of crystals from the entire find that were on matrix. Do not miss out on this nice display specimen of a species that is not often found in attractive specimens.
