Boracite

Here we have a very good Boracite specimen from a new find a few months ago in Bolivia. While these specimens are not a new find per se, they are new specimens from a well known locality. Most people are familiar with the "blue" Danburites from this locality, but the other staple species found here is Boracite. This piece features a few well formed, sharp, blue color cubes measuring up to 7 mm on matrix. There were only a handful of crystals from the entire find that were on matrix, so do not miss out on this nice display specimen of a species that is not often found in attractive specimens.
