Boleite with Pseudoboleite (ex Josef Vajdak)

Item Description

A hard to find association specimen consisting of darker blue Boleite with ligher blue Pseudoboleite on matrix. According to the label from Joseph Vajdak, this piece hosts Pseudoboleite, though I cannot find a report of the species from this locality in any database. The piece is best viewed under a microscope, but good examples of this material are few and far between. As I mentioned, this piece comes with a classic label from Josef Vajdak / Pequa Rare Minerals, which immediately increases the value.
