Striking, contrasting matrix lined cavity in the core of both sides of the thick, 1.8 cm, polished, densely banded slab of beautiful variably blue agate set in contrasting matrix. This is a gorgeous and sculptural, two-sided, small cabinet slab of blue lace agate from a new find in Madagascar. Backlighting highlights the banding and translucency of the agate. These are considered to be the world's finest banded blue agates with an unknown color component. 256 grams mass. Exotic, amazing color and stunning FOR THIS VARIETY OF QUARTZ!
