Bixbyite on Topaz (Urish Coll.)

Item Description

Four, sharp, bixbyite crystals are very aesthetically placed on the gemmy, rhyolite sand-included, cognac-colored, topaz crystal from the famous Thomas Range. The strikingly placed large bixbyite on the termination is 5 mm. The attached rhyolite matrix really adds character. Pristine, classic combination material on matrix from the Harold Urish Collection. Little new material has come out in recent years.
