Two, splendent, sharp, black bixbyite cubes to 1.2 cm with modified corners are aesthetically set next to a gemmy cluster of sherry topaz crystals with a striking 1.3 cm crystal and beautifully accented with chunks of rhyolite matrix on this outstanding combination thumbnail from the famous Thomas Range - Type Locality for bixbyite.
