Bipyramidal Wulfenite xls

Item Description

Lustrous, butterscotch-colored, bipyramidal wulfenite crystals are festooned on one half of the sculptural, robust, gossan matrix. The largest crystal is 1.3 cm and a few are doubly terminated (including largest). There are very few broken crystals for such dense coverage and the bit of periphery wear is certainly a modest detraction. An excellent wulfenite specimen from recent finds at the famous Mina Ojuela.
