Item Description

A dramatic, multi-tiered, bi-colored tourmaline composed of about ten parallel-growth crystals, including three at the top. The highly lustrous, well-striated crystal is gemmy to translucent and has mixed layers of bottle-green, teal-blue, dark green and pink. The near termination areas are very gemmy and have a moderately lustrous, matte-black cap. Pristine. Older, classic material from 1960s to early 80s from one of the famous pegmatites of Minas Gerais.
