Item Description

Beautiful bi-colored tourmaline from the Malkhan pegmatite. Rich cranberry-red and wine-red mottled color highlights this sharply terminated, glassy, highly lustrous and well-striated crystal. The complex pyramidal termination is gemmy, with the rest of the crystal being mostly opaque with translucent sections. Complete all-around and pristine, this is a fine classic example of species and locale. 33 grams mass. Valued at $750-1000.
