Item Description
A gemmy and lustrous, bi-colored tourmaline from the famous Himalaya Mine. The base of this striated beauty is classic "Himalaya pink", but a thin outer rind of yellow-green gives a slightly different look to this zone. The upper portion is a very pretty bottle-green capped by a moderate-luster, very dark green to black, pyramidal termination. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only a trivial bit of out of sight termination edgewear. Classic older material from the 1970s or 80s. 10 grams.
