Item Description

A beautiful, gemmy and lustrous, bi-colored tourmaline from the famous Cruzeiro Mine of Brazil. It is a superbly gemmy crystal, complete, uncontacted and beautifully terminated with glassy termination faces. The lower section is super gemmy, light grass green. The upper section is dramatic, alternating, translucent, pink and green. The modified pinacoidal termination is a rainbow of color, with pinks, greens and yellows! Classic, older Cruzeiro elbaite from the Steve Smale Collection. Weighs 20 grams. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
