A sculptural and gemmy bi-colored tourmaline from this famed locale. The nifty, highly modified, classic "Himalaya pink", pyramidal termination has both water-clear and frosted faces. Nearly all of the faces of this very glassy, highly lustrous crystal are fluted. The body is a light olive-green, with a very sharp transition to darker olive-green at the base. The broken base shows that the some of the crystal has a water-clear pink outer rind. Complete all-around and very nearly pristine, with only one, barely noticeable, small side car with a broken tip. An unusual and showy Himalaya elbaite varietal. 49 grams mass. Valued by the former dealer at $795. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!!
