Item Description
A gorgeous, 1960-70ss era, polished polychrome tourmaline slice from the famous Santa Rosa Mine of Brazil. The gemmy and lustrous, transparent apple-green body has a nifty cranberry-red rind around the sharply triangular slice. Complete all-around pristine. The internal crazing adds much character and detail. Classic, old-time material from this renowned locale. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock and vaued by him at $600, five years ago. It is certainly worth more today.
