Item Description

Boltsburn Mine fluorites are an English classic and this is a very fine example from the 1800s. A nifty, interpenetrating pair of gemmy and lustrous, violet cubes is included with clouds of white fluorite. This turns out to be a floater, as the broken backside is totally covered with sparkly drusy quartz. Complete all-around. Gently bruised corners are noted, but are certainly a modest detraction. SUPER fluorescence in any kind of bright light! Specimens of this quality are highly desirable.
