Item Description
Fluorite stalactites are uncommon from any locale. This striking and fine piece is from the famous Yaogangxian Mine and consists of stacked, intergrown, lustrous, lightly frosted transparent to translucent cubes to 1.1 cm. VERY interestingly, the cubes on one side are colorless, transparent, while the cubes on the other half are gray to light brown with interior iron oxide tinting. Essentially pristine, with only the most trivial of perphery wear. A most impressive, 360-degree piece. The moderate purple fluorescence is confined to the untinted half!
