Classic, aesthetic and beautiful large bi-colored fluorite with quartz from the famous De'an mine. A very sculptural cluster of bi-colored octahedrons courses across the contrasting rich mint-green massive fluorite matrix nicely accented with a complementary drusy quartz coating on the bottom of the piece. The stepped-growth translucent octos, to about 4.0 cm, with curved frosted satin lustre faces are mostly a pretty lavender, with the crystals on the bottom having a blue-green tinting. This is an exceptional artistic example of this varietal from this well-known locale. Purple fluorescence. Comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base, valued at $175 for free.
