Bi-colored Fluorite on Calcite (rare combo) Charlie Key

A rare and showy combination from this well-known mine and the Charlie Key dealer stock. A 2.0 cm, bi-colored, fluorite octahedron is jauntily set on iron an oxide-coated, calcite cleavage. The translucent octo has a pleasing red-violet and light mint-green interior. The octo also has a light iron oxide coating. Fluorite on calcite is quite rare from here, as are isolated single crystals. Bright purple fluorite fluorescence and dark cherry-red fluorescence on the calcite. A must for the locality or species collector.
