Bi-colored Fluorite octahedrons on Quartz

Isolated, beautiful, lightly frosted, bi-colored purple and green, fluorite octahedrons to 1.7 are beautifully set in a sculptural curved vug lined with etched needle quartz on this dramatic and excellent large piece from De'an. The underlying massive green fluorite has moderate purple fluorescence, while the octos do not fluoresce. The architecture of this piece is very fine. Common 5-7 years ago, supplies have dried up and disappeared, with very little new material coming out.
