An sculptural, aesthetic and pristine plate of translucent, purple and green fluorite octohedrons to 2.3 cm on quartz from the famed De'an Mine of China. The cubes rest on etched, banded, needle quartz. Common 5-7 years ago, supplies have dried up and disappeared, with very little new material coming out. This is a most excellent small cabinet example, that glows when backlit. Not that common in this size (small cabinet) and quality. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
