A 4.8 cm, gemmy, rich emerald-green octahedron dominates this rich and showy small cabinet from the famous Okorusu Mine. The striking octo has preferential glassy, satin lustre faces and dramatic etched faces. The tightly intergrown mounded specimen consists of both octahedrons, cubes and cubes with highly modified etched corners. The rich emerald-green color stands out on all of the crystals, but bright light reveals pretty hints of purple. A few cubes even have beautiful teal-blue edge phantoms. Purple fluorescence. A very fine example of this varietal with numerous possible display views. Valued at $1000.
