Bi-colored Fluorite

Striking large pairs of interpenetrating, rich bi-colored fluorite cubes are artfully scattered on the sculptural matrix plate covered with smaller, lighter fluorite crystals. The gemmy and lustrous large cubes are beautifully rich purple and green. The dominating large central pair is 2.7 x 2.7 cm. The contrast of the smaller, mostly lighter colored fluorite cubes adds visual appeal to the piece. The interior is essentially pristine, with only a gentle corner bruise to one of the large left side interpenetrating pairs. The base has been sawed to enhance the fine display quality of this plate. Bright blue-purple LW UV fluorescence. From a USA collector who diligently acquired specimens from every pocket. This aesthetic and rich, multi-generational fluorite is from the September, 2022 Rainbow's End Pocket find at the Lady Annabella Mine at famed Weardale.
