Item Description

Despite their fine quality, Nepalese tourmalines are not well-known to collectors, simply because so few of them come onto the market. Here is a superbly gemmy, bi-colored, doubly terminated crystal, with glassy termination faces. The middle section is very gemmy, light grass-green with pretty, pastel-pink on either side, including one of the terminations. The other termination has a narrow teal-blue zone followed by grass-green. Complete all-around and very nearly pristine. One face of the pink termination end has interesting etching, with only trivial edgewear on the other side. Excellent and very uncommon material. Weighs 15 grams.
