Item Description
A 5.5 cm, beautifully gemmy and lustrous, bi-colored pink and pastel-green, doubly terminated tourmaline from recent finds at Pech, Aghanistan. The pristine, well-striated tourmaline is nicely set in matrix, that is essentially a solid jackstraw mass of smaller tourmaline crystals with a bit of pink lepidolite. A very showy matrix specimen valued at $600-750.
