Item Description
A distinctive, bi-colored gem, parallel-growth Jeremejevite from the Charlie Key Collection. The sharply terminated thumbnail is from 2010s finds at Ameib Farm 60. A sharp line separates the striking, near-colorless double termination from the beautiful blue color of the body, resembling fine aquamarine. The world's finest examples of Jeremejevite, a rare gem borate with the hardness of 7, easily come from two localities in the Erongo Region of Namibia. An excellent thumbnail of unusual quality from the Charlie Key Collection. Crystals of this size and quality typically sell for $400-600.
