In recent years there have been other discoveries of gem quality Beryllonite from places like Brazil and Afghanistan, but the old classic material from Stoneham is most desirable for collectors. It's important to note that the first pieces of Beryllonite ever found came from this locality. This stone is a superb quality example of this rare classic material. It is a crystal clear, colorless, stone with a "modified triangle" cut.
