Item Description

It should be noted that many years ago, we saw some of these specimens originally being sold as Heliodor from Tajikistan, but the consensus is that they are in fact irradiated crystals from Pakistan, probably Aquamarine originally. With that said, one rarely sees matrix specimens of this material, and this piece is an aesthetic display piece featuring a slender gemmy hexagonal prism measuring 2.1 cm, sitting on Albite matrix with a bit of associated black Schorl. No damage to the Beryl, and very showy, but please keep in mind it has most likely been treated to change the color.
