Item Description

A lovely display specimen of colorless Goshenite Beryl from this region famous for its Aquamarines, quite unusual. Sharp, lustrous, prismatic hexagonal crystals of Goshenite measuring up to 2.4 cm sitting on Muscovite matrix with minor black Schorl Tourmaline. The largest crystal is doubly-terminated, and all of them are glassy on the surface and range in clarity from very gemmy at the tips to to nearly opaque in the center. Very aesthetic, no real damage that I can see, and just showy for a variety of Beryl that is not often seen in fine quality matrix display specimens. Valued at $800.
