Item Description
This specimen features a PERFECT jewel-like crystal that is immediately recognizable for the unique combination of color and shape that makes a Chinese aquamarine so special, with a pastel blue aquamarine perched on a natural pedestal of muscovite matrix. This is just such a perfectly balanced miniature for the size! Valued $1500-2000. From old material, pre-2008, from the Herb Obodda collection of miniatures. It is hard to find a better one in this size range. This is gemmy, sharp, has the best luster, and is complete all around! The crystal is 3.5 cm across (approx 1.5 inches).
