Sharp, lustrous, partially gemmy, indigo-blue, benitoite crystals are nicely scattered on the sculptural, contrasting, serpentine matrix covered with white natrolite. The large benitoite is 1.5 cm and the crystals have classic hexagonal form. Lustrous, sharp, amber-brown joaquinite crystals to 3 mm are scattered about and are a super accessory. Joaquinite is an ultra rare cerium silicate and the famous Dallas Gem Mine is the Type Locality.
