Benitoite & Neptunite (classic combo)

Item Description

Three benitoite crystals are dramatically set upright on the natrolite matrix and protect two jauntily angled neptunite crystals on this very aesthetic combination miniature from the renowned Dallas Gem Mine. The sharp benitoites, to 2.0 cm, are lustrous, translucent and are classic indigo-blue to colorless. Definitely an older piece, as the mount is black spray-painted styrofoam, dating to the 1960s or earlier. Excellent and showy benitoite and neptunite.
