Item Description

A classic and excellent benitoite small cabinet from the famous Type Locality. Seven, textbook sharp, lustrous, moderately translucent, sapphire-blue benitoite crystals are aesthetically clustered on one end of the undulating serpentine matrix plate and are complimented by snow-white natrolite. The large crystal is 2.0 cm and the smaller crystals scattered about are a nice accent. The crystals in the interior are pristine and the bit of noted periphery wear is certainly only a modest detraction to this very attractive combination. Whitish-blue fluorescence. Valued at $1000.
