Item Description

Mineral specimens of any species are rare from this less well-known Nevada district and a sharp coated pseudomorph is EXTREMELY RARE. Green microspherules of beaverite-(Cu), an uncommon sulfate, are festooned on one side of the partially hollow, tubular epimorph of siderite after gypsum, open at both ends. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection and purchased from respected Excalibur-Cureton Co. in 1995. A MUST for the pseudomorph or locality collector.
