Item Description

A showy swirled crust of lustrous, translucent, pretty apple-green and forest-green, bayldonite microcrystals richly cover the matrix plate on this excellent old-timer from Wheal Carpenter, a small Cornwall mine that operated intermittently from 1792-1855. Very highly representative material for the species and locality. Ex Richard Barstow.
