Item Description
A fine large cluster of bastnesite crystals from finds around 2004-2005 at Zagi Mountain, Pakistan. The lustrous, translucent, tabular, crystals have beautiful colors ranging from rich golden-amber to honey-brown. The crystals have textbook hexagonal form typical for this RARE cerium carbonate. This is an excellent, highly representative and large crystal cluster of this rare species. This find redefined what the average collector can get for the top of the species. The backlit photo highlights the incredibly rich golden-amber color and partial gemminess of this fine miniature.
