Item Description
A textbook, gemmy, rust-red bastnesite crystal from recent finds at Zagi Mountain, Pakistan. This floater, pristine, superb, sharp parallel-growth crystal has textbook hexagonal form for this RARE cerium carbonate. This crystal has stellar intense color, gemminess, luster, and form. It is from this find that redefines what the average collector can get for the top of the species. The backlit photos highlight the incredibly rich golden-amber color and gemminess of this fine crystal. Valued at $500. Before this find made them a litlte more common for a brief while, you would add another zero!
