Item Description

A very aesthetic and uncommon in this quality baryte combination from this famous Romamian locale. Glassy, transparent to translucent, colorless to hazy-white, baryte blades (some with nifty phantoms) are strikingly set in a jackstraw fashion on matrix. The scattered dense sprays of tiny stibnite prisms on the right side are a super accent. You barely notice, that the baryte blade above the primary stibnite sprays has a cleaved termination. Otherwise, the piece is in great shape, with only trivial periphery wear. Choice and rare combination material from the Bob Trimingham Collection.
