Glassy, transparent to translucent, barite prisms are festooned on this large upright plate and beautifully accented with starkly contrasting green malachite botryoids on this impressive and aesthetic combination specimen from the late 1990s finds at this well-known mine. The blades reach 2.0 cm. In outstanding shape, overall, for such dense coverage, with very few broken blades. Choice and uncommon large combination material from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Valued by Herb at $800, more than five years ago. It is worth more today.
