Item Description

One of the best examples of these rarely seen Barytes that we've had to offer in the auctions. This full-sized cabinet display piece is loaded with top quality, razor-sharp, highly lustrous, GEMMY, beautiful honey-golden colored thick, bladed "sword"-shaped crystals of Baryte measuring up to 4.7 cm long, free of matrix. The specimen is in amazingly good condition, as virtually all of the major crystals are in very good condition, and the piece can be displayed from several angles. When backlit, the beautiful Baryte crystals show wonderful internal "phantoms", enhancing their beauty and desirability. A showy, top quality and just plain pretty example of this elusive Barytes.
