A classic, rich and excellent plate of intergrown gemmy and glassy, light golden-yellow tabular barite prisms from the ancient and historic mines at Cavnic. The prisms reach 3.0 cm on this very fine example of this color varietal of this signature species from this locale. Choice material from the Francesco Bedogne Collection # 508.
